Create a campaign

Creates a new ad campaign on the specified platform. The campaign is saved immediately and the response is returned, while the actual submission to Meta or TikTok happens asynchronously in the background.

Platform notes:

  • Meta: Supports conversionConfig for Pixel-based conversion tracking. Age targeting (13-65) is configured on the platform side.
  • TikTok: Supports HashtagAudience targeting. Age range is hardcoded to 18-34.
